Alta Pinehurst has come a long way in the past few months. This 19+ acre project with Wood Partners, consists of 13 multifamily buildings with private attached garages. Located on South Wadsworth next to Pinehurst Country Club, it features a two-story clubhouse with a cyber cafe, seating & bar area as well as a fitness center. Alta Pinehurst is due to be completed later this fall.
