Modera Observatory Park's construction has been continuing on through the snow and cold, making strides toward completion. Once completed, this project will offer 277 units between two buildings split by Josephine Street and sandwiched between Jewel Ave. and E. Asbury Ave in the DU neighborhood. You can see the balconies and exterior elements forming, the location of the future pool and hot tub, the roof deck access from the townhouses of building one, along with the vibrant exterior colors.
