Studio PBA and developer AvalonBay Communities are under contract for a new project in Capitol Hill at 7th and Sherman, where the popular restaurant Racines was previously located. This new project is still in the development phase. The total development site is 1.15 acres, spanning several existing parcels of restaurants and salons. According to the proposed plans, this structure would be 13 stories along Sherman Street, and nine stories along Grant Street.
