Studio PBA and developer AvalonBay Communities are under contract for a new project in Capitol Hill at 7th and Sherman, where the popular restaurant Racines was previously located. This new project is still in the development phase. The total development site is 1.15 acres, spanning several existing parcels of restaurants and salons. According to the proposed plans, this structure would be 13 stories along Sherman Street, and nine stories along Grant Street. Introducing Copper Mountain
The Copper Mountain Workforce Housing project is a multi-family residential project that responds to the direct and long-overdue needs that many mountain communities face for better options in employee housing. The 2.5 acre site, located at the foot of the Copper Mountain Ski Resort, features 44 units and 100 parking spaces for residents, as well as covered bicycle storage. This project is located on Sky Chutes Lane and has an estimated completion date of late 2020.
Dillon Town Council Approves Uptown240
April 4, 2018 – Dillon, Colorado – On April 3, 2018, Kathy Parker, Principal at Studio PBA, met with and presented to the Dillon Town Council to solidify the PUD Development plan for Uptown240, a proposed mixed-use development consisting of 80 residential units, 9 workforce housing condominiums, parking garage, amenities, and two retail spaces along Lake Dillon Drive.
The proposed development is aimed at rejuvenating downtown Dillon by providing new luxury condominiums, workforce rentals along with restaurant and retail spaces. This project is in the heart of Dillon and visible from I-70 and Highway 6. The complex will offer mountain lake style living and sweeping views of Dillon Lake. Developer Ivano Ottoborgo has operated Adriano’s Bistro, his family-owned Italian restaurant, on this site since 1987. An updated version of Adriano’s will anchor the prominent corner of the new building.
As of the Town Council meeting held on April 3, Uptown 240 received the necessary four affirmative votes necessary to approve the permit application for the project. Construction is slated to begin Fall of 2018.

We just completed an awesome rendering of a new project in Salt Lake City with Boulder Ventures called West Jordan Townhomes. The townhomes will consist of 124 affordable, family oriented units located in the West Jordan neighborhood. This project is comprised of 4plexes, 6plexes and 8plexes, a clubhouse and an indoor pool. All units will feature 2-car private garages, rooftop decks and modern aesthetic flat roofs of brick, steel and stucco. This development is part of a transit-oriented development initiative.
New Rendering: Fairfield Inn & Suites
We are excited to introduce one of our newest hospitality projects, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Fort Collins. The hotel developed with Spirit Hospitality, LLC will be a great addition to the 9.2-acre mixed-use, Harmony Commons development. This is a 106 room hotel located on the southwest corner of Harmony Road and is expected to be completed in 2017.

Studio PBA just completed a new rendering for Stout24 Rowhomes located appropriately at 24th and Stout. This project is a collaboration with developer The Morrison Group and consists of 13 affordable units spread across two buildings, each 3 stories tall. This project is located in the Curtis Park Landmark District which is intended to support a mix of uses that provide a pedestrian friendly transition from the surrounding lower scale neighborhoods to the high-rise scale of downtown. NEW RENDERING: Hilton Garden Inn Thornton

Just released: A rendering of one of the newest additions of the Hilton Garden Inn Brand in Thornton. PBA has partnered with Spirit Hospitality (http://www.spirithospitality.net/) to create this showcase. It is conveniently located just off I-25 at Lincoln Street in the Grove neighborhood, giving guests access to surrounding shopping centers and restaurants. The new HGI Thornton will feature Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse for both guests and the community to enjoy.
