Coloradoan Reports on New Hotels coming to Fort Collins - We are designing Two!

Studio PBA's hospitality team is currently designing two projects in Fort Collins with developer Spirit Hospitality.  The first, Fairfield Inn and Suites located on Lady Moon Drive and Harmony Road will have 106 rooms and is expected to be completed late summer 2018.  The second project, Staybridge Suites property, Spirit at the River will have 107 rooms and is located on Lincoln Avenue.

New Rendering: Fairfield Inn & Suites

We are excited to introduce one of our newest hospitality projects, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Fort Collins.  The hotel developed with Spirit Hospitality, LLC will be a great addition to the 9.2-acre mixed-use, Harmony Commons development.  This is a 106 room hotel located on the southwest corner of Harmony Road and is expected to be completed in 2017.

Hilton Garden Inn Groundbreaking

PBA's team was on site this week as construction began for the Hilton Garden Inn Thornton at The Grove Shopping Center.  We are designing this 122-room project for Spirit Hospitality which will be their company's second property in the Thornton area.  In addition to the hotel, this project features Johnny's Italian Steakhouse which will be the franchise's first Colorado location.  We look forward to seeing this project come together! NEW RENDERING: Hilton Garden Inn Thornton

Just released: A rendering of one of the newest additions of the Hilton Garden Inn Brand in Thornton.  PBA has partnered with Spirit Hospitality (http://www.spirithospitality.net/) to create this showcase.  It is conveniently located just off I-25 at Lincoln Street in the Grove neighborhood, giving guests access to surrounding shopping centers and restaurants.  The new HGI Thornton will feature Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse for both guests and the community to enjoy.

Keep an eye out for this property which is expected to be completed in mid 2017.
