Studio PBA just completed a new rendering for Stout24 Rowhomes located appropriately at 24th and Stout. This project is a collaboration with developer The Morrison Group and consists of 13 affordable units spread across two buildings, each 3 stories tall. This project is located in the Curtis Park Landmark District which is intended to support a mix of uses that provide a pedestrian friendly transition from the surrounding lower scale neighborhoods to the high-rise scale of downtown.
